I ordered twice today. The first time they ended up forgetting a sandwich so I had to call and deal with door dash customer service. After a 30 min phone call with door dash i was able to reorder the food I was missing. I then was able to talk to a manager at panera bread and asked if I could get one free dessert for the hassle.
