Smiley's Bar & Grill is a cozy spot with a bit of wear and tear. Unfortunately, the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible. Despite this, the food is fantastic, with excellent service from servers like Heidi. Portion sizes may be small, but the flavors are big. The meal presentation might not be top-notch, but the overall experience is worth it. Prices are a bit high, but the quality is undeniable. If you're lucky enough to stumble upon Smiley's during your travels, you won't be disappointed.
