I ordered a venti coffee through doordash and it came spilled all over the bag and when I called they offered to replace it and give me a recovery card for it a lot of places don't do that because of the fact that doordash makes it hard for them to do anything I'm really happy that Starbucks isn't like that that makes my experience a lot better and that's why I gave it a five-star rating

when i accidentally placed my mobile order to the wrong starbucks, the staff remade my drink there for free. they were so kind and willing to help me out! 10/10 would go here again due to the awesome staff!

This Starbucks is like the Cheers of Plover. I visit the location often and it isn’t uncommon for the team working to pop over any say hello as I roll through the drive thru. I’ve honestly never had a bad experience, the baristas are so good at their jobs!

Macy always makes my day, she tends to know my order before I even say a word when I roll through the drive through. Even if she’s not working the window she pops over to say hello, and the other team...
