It's great to see a brewery in Plymouth, and a good one at that. I'm impressed that they have 13 of their own beer selections on tap! That's a huge accomplishment. The ambiance is always pleasant and low key, a great place to hang out with friends and chat. I absolutely love this place and stop by every time I visit the area.
PBC has some of my favorite brews here. The "Stafford" is a vanilla coffee stout - best coffee stout I've ever had. Last night I tried a brand new recipe... blueberry saison. I've tried several blueberry beers in the past and have always been disappointed by the over-powering blueberry flavor. PBC got it right! The hint of blueberry with the spiciness of the saison is a perfect combination.

Neat place. Older building with lots of charm. Great selection of beers. Definitely worth stopping for to take a break. Sort of quiet when we arrived during a race weekend. Couldn't decide between a 4 or 5 ...
