I visited on a very busy day. The drive through line wrapped around building, so I went inside. That was very busy as well with a lot of people waiting to place their orders. The only person working the counter was a new trainee with her trainer standing over her shoulder. I understand the need to train new employees, but put more experienced cashiers on the other registers!

came through the drive thru and was told to park and wait with a number, which is pretty normal for culvers. after waiting for a while (10-15ish mins) & seeing other cars come and go my boyfriend decided to go inside to check on the order. he found out it got lost somehow, but the guy working the counter was extremely sympathetic and kind about it. he made sure we got our order as quickly as possible and gave us a few coupons for the trouble. mistakes happen, but great customer...
