Stopped in this morning for steak bagels. The cashier said they were out of bagels. Asked if they could put the sandwich on a muffin. She got the manager who said no. Corporate doesn't allow substitutions. Since I often order the sandwich this way, I know it can be done. (I also remember the steak muffin sandwich which had on less slice of cheese and no sauce,)
To the manager on duty - it's simple. You push the button that says "steak bagel" then "substitute" followed by "muffin."...read full review
They get the order wrong EVERY TIME!!!
Twice in a week ordered a plain quarter pounder with cheese, and twice couldn’t eat the sandwich ordered and paid for. Once the meat was so raw it was still mooing — I’ve never seen red meat at McDonald’s before, and it wasn’t even warm! And plain means no pickles, onions, ketchup, or mustard... yet there was an overabundant supply on my sandwich. Don’t think I’ll be stopping here ever again.
