Had a great breakfast at the Beacon restaurant. We enjoyed the harbor view while eating. We both had coffee, which was nice and strong, and we both ordered the Captain's breakfast. Hubby added an extra overeasy and sausage to go with his bacon. I just ordered bacon and scrambled eggs. Bacon was cooked perfectly, and the sausage was very tasty. Great portion size. Had family from out of town visiting. We had breakfast twice over the weekend. The food and service were outstanding. Also had a beautiful view of lake Michigan. I would highly recommend this place.
Best eggs Benedict I've had in a long time. Service was great and the restaurant was very clean, don't see that very often anymore. Added bonus the view of the harbor is stunning.
