So it took forever to have our order taken and when I wanted to use 2 coupons a women came on and rudely told us that if we read the coupon it says only one coupon per person even though we always use multiple coupons. There was no need to be an asshole to us about it. Her attitude was uncalled for and horrible customer service. Several cars besides us left. This happened on 9/27/24 at 8pm.

I don't normally write reviews, but after tonight it is warranted. I did an online order at 9:47, arrived at the location at 9:50. Waited 15 min to get to the speaker and was told they were closed. Manager, Tiffany, told me I was not in line for 15 min as she "viewed" the cameras and there were no cars. I told her that I've been behind this blue car and the pick up with the boat made it difficult to get to the speaker. She again told me that I was wrong and refused to give me my online order. I have filed for a refund and a complaint as if someone does actually view the camera they will see me there for the 15 min I stated I was.

The people on the drive threw are always the old people who cany here. They don't ask any questions like if I want sause with my fries. The burger has the bare minium of toppings on it and there's more bread than anything else.

The Portage BK is a great little place. I have been there several times and the quality of service and food is consistent. Most recently we went out for breakfast and got the 2 for $6 croissantwich and a side of medium hashbrowns. The man who brought our order apologized that he didn’t see that we had ordered a medium, and he accidentally made us a large. Very nice people!
Whenever you come to this Burger King make sure you always double and triple-check your purchase. I had to come back twice because they kept forgetting my food. And everytime I ask they said yes it's in the bag I looked in the bag it looked like it was in there but it was not. Then I heard the manager correcting the cashier telling her to stop making these kind of mistakes. The cashier apologized.
The staff was friendly and efficient. Prices were fair. Food was hot, fresh and tasted delicious!
