What a crazy experience, just driving through the area and stopped off the interstate to get something to eat. I went inside the establishment right after a younger woman had entered, she started berating the staff on the food she had received, almost tossing the bag over the counter.
While taking my order at the kiosk, I had overheard the gentleman working suggest doing a refund through doordash as to not have to leave the house , to which the woman began digging into him for his suggestion. He spoke on his confusion on her reaction, and then walked away. Another staff member proceeded to remake her order and apologize for the issues.
I'm my personal opinion, her reaction to the entire situation was way over the top. It concerns me how often this probably happens to people in the service industry. I know there is a aura amongst fast food as an easy/starter job, but with today's demands, I can't imagine it's easy. Be appreciative, folks. Without them, you wouldn't be able to get that juicy burger! Which, the food I received was to my standard, and in a timely manner.

I’ve had one too many bad experiences to let this go. Management is poor and one of the cashier Sophia hung up on my wife when our food was made wrong and it was not hot. Won’t be eating here anytime soon.

They never took our order and we where waiting for 20 min and the floors where sticky everywhere bathroom everything on the floor. I hate giving bad reviews but this place is horrible do not recommend going here.

I mean, it’s a Burger King, so expectations are low to begin with, but this one takes the cake as far as poorly run establishments.
It took nearly 25 minutes to receive 3 meals and while I can appreciate it being someone’s first day, maybe don’t have them taking orders so they definitely get messed up.
I would just go to any of the other 25 places you can see and not waste money on food you might not even receive.

Handicapped parking and restrooms. Very clean. We used the drive thru. Order taker was polite, friendly and , fast.

The last five times I've been through this drive thru, I've gotten food once. Today my son and I pulled up and we were the only ones in the drive through. We were asked to wait as they were taking an order at the counter. Not a big deal.
A couple of minutes later another car pulled up to the inside drive thru and were told to please wait as well. They came back on after a minute or so to take their order before ours. I wasn't very happy and admittedly I wasn't happy or nice to the guy when he came to take my order.
The drive thru at this place sucks. Three of the times I didn't get food was because I sat there for seven minutes plus each time with no one coming to the speaker so I left to eat somewhere else.
I would avoid this Burger King at all cost. Clearly the management doesn't give a shit about their service. Go somewhere else, the KFC down the street is pretty good.
I want to start out by saying I'm not one to give bad reviews and I do like burger king. My sister and I had gone through the drive through and I had ordered a whopper. The person who took our order was very polite and the order was correct and piping hot. However when I unwrapped it the first thing I saw was a hair. I knew it wasn't ours as both my sister and I are redheads and the hair was black. I had reached out to the business and they said they would send me some free meal coupons as compensation, that was in April and I still haven't received anything and haven't heard from them since. I also work in the food industry and I understand that even with your hair up you can still drop a couple hairs here and there, to play the devil's advocate maybe the hair was sticking to their clothes from before work. I debated even leaving a review as I know they can really impact businesses in a good or bad way but I decided it would be best if I brought it up only because they said they would do something to resolve this issue and they didn't.

Food is what you expect from fast food. But the staff here take the cake. They really care about their customers.
Three times we've gone thru the drive thru...three times we've watched other cars get serviced well after we pulled in....we were acknowledged and then ignored while three new vehicles pulled up in the first lane....went to Arby's and had a lovely brisket sandwich. Won't bother stopping at Burger King in portage ever again...you need to take some time to train people to serve the people in the order in which they pull in...not just pay attention to the first lanecin the drive thru
My food is always great here. I only had one time where some buns were hard but I went back and they replace them with fresh ones. Prices and value are way better than McDonald’s in portage especially the service.. the two whopper juniors for five dollars are a great deal in my opinion and they always are hot and fresh
Took 20 mins to get order burger's where dryed out the staff got into a argument that they started. I don't understand how it can take 20 minutes for food? Then they talking shit about them I just want my food!!
Excellent breakfast! Very quick service, and fair prices. Staff was very helpful.
