I love this place. The refreshers are some of the best, and the croissants are delicious and always fresh. The customer service is great, everyone is friendly and fast. Definitely a place I always enjoy coming back to.
I was in the drive thru about 2or3 weeks ago with a special breakfast order. The women taking my order had gotten confused and angry that she threw me out of the drive thru and refused to serve me. I proceeded to drive by the pickup window to see who I was dealing with and seen the women with long gray hair. I've dealt with her before without incident so I was so surprised. Here I am this morning 1/9/26 waiting for a pickup order wishing I could grab a coffee or breakfast before its ready and but will never return to this McDonald's again. How disappointing it is that the owner doesnt care about their business. After reading reviews I obviously sm not alone.You should go in and check and clean it up (especially the walls in bathroom). Never will I go to Portage McDonald's again. Gross

I got attitude when I asked about the “rate us 5 stars you get bagel minis” it was a simple question and the employee not having any idea about it when they should be informed. my receipt said the employees name was olivia. disappointed.
