Visited recently and had an odd experience with a very young manager named Iysis. She carried herself with all the charm and professionalism of a high school hallway monitor on a power trip. It was honestly surprising to see someone so inexperienced managing a team, especially when basic courtesy didn’t seem to exist.
I’ve always liked this location, but watching how she treated staff made it uncomfortable. Management should be about leadership, not attitude. Hope things improve, because the crew deserves better

I ordered a sandwich and there was nobody in front of me. Usually a sandwich takes 2 to 5 minutes to make but instead I had to wait 30+ minutes for one sandwich. For all the effort of waiting the order was messed up too
