I'd literally give 10 stars if I could. The cashier is awesome. They were busy, and had to wait for a bit, but who cares. Food was great and the employees are awesome.

I have had some pretty poor experiences here but Scott makes up for all the bad ones, he’s always so positive, attentive, and personal with every customer I’ve seen. Everything I’ve seen from Scott, I believe is everything that customer service should try to aim for!

my husband and i love coming to kfc in portage cause it’s quick, cheap, yummy, and Scott!! Scott is the most friendly guy, such positive energy, HAPPY to serve you, communicative, and we have NEVER gotten even the slightest mess up with an order from him! it’s always such a delight to hear his voice in the drive thru and we’re always so excited to go hoping that we see Scott!

Doordashed food. The box was missing basically all the fries, hardly no nuggets and they stocked me up on biscuits. Didn't even get the sauce right.... Wouldn't fix this issue. I buy 50 bucks worth of food I'm expecting 50 bucks worth of food.

Our Food was very hot, crispy and fresh. The service was fast and friendly. The Cashier Scott/Philip was very nice, energetic and friendly, he started a conversation and made our experience and day so much better! We'll definitely be returning!
This place doesn't even deserve one star. I came in.If they were out of chicken because of the last order they did not have more chicken cooking so I was told twenty five minutes because they had a new cook.That didn't know what he was doing.

I picked up 12 pc meal through the drive through. Half of the order was wings and they forgot the coleslaw. Pretty point to wait that long for workers to mess up the order. It's stealing for it's own customers by not getting the order correct and leaving out items they pay for.

This restaurant has the worst customer service ever. I just left after being the only person there I waited for 20 minutes to get my food just to have them put pickles on it after I told them no pickles and they repeated back no pickles okay. Every single time I go to this place I leave unhappy this place needs to close
