I picked up 12 pc meal through the drive through. Half of the order was wings and they forgot the coleslaw. Pretty point to wait that long for workers to mess up the order. It's stealing for it's own customers by not getting the order correct and leaving out items they pay for.

This restaurant has the worst customer service ever. I just left after being the only person there I waited for 20 minutes to get my food just to have them put pickles on it after I told them no pickles and they repeated back no pickles okay. Every single time I go to this place I leave unhappy this place needs to close

AND the guy prepping your order. Beard. Long hair. Has gloves on, but was scratching his beard as he prepped the order... Oh NO HAIR OR BEARD NETS. NOPE. DONE.
Seriously. I will likely never ever eat at this KFC ever again unless you clean up your act. Worst place this year award.

Back here mainly because I have dietary problems and I can only eat mashed potatoes right now and when I ask questions about how the mashed potatoes were made They quickly rushed it off to their manager, which is no big deal, but then when I went to go pay for it, it didn’t go through and the manager blames me for the problem and before I even went to the window, I could hear someone screaming at the employees and I found out that that was the manager. The manager claims he has new people, but I don’t think that’s true. I just don’t think the manager cares so if you love being disrespected and treated like you don’t know anything this is the restaurant for you. Never coming back ever and I encourage others to do the same.

Service was amazing but the chicken had a weird texture.... it would sort of "pop" when you bit into it.... It looked fully cooked but it would snap as if it were not cooked. Grossed me out. My kids wouldn't touch the tenders after first bite

We were looking forward to kfc juicy chicken all day yesterday. We decided on the 16 pc meal with 4 sides.They shoved all 3 bags out the window for us to wrestle through our window. Which no big deal.But we go to eat our chicken and it is so dry and the skin was hard. The mac and cheese had hard pieces in it. The mashed potatoes were fine.
Sherry the drive thru worker is very rude. You never ask a cu as stomer anything else rudely you always would you like anything else. She was very rude when taking our money and still very rude giving us the receipt.They had hardly any chicken left and had no mac and cheese at all. They refused to even make more. We asked for mash potato bowls with no corn in them and they all came with corn. We asked for bbq sauce and got none.I would not recommend coming to this place unless you want poor customer service and food that’s not made right or not get what you order for that matter

When I walked in I almost puked the hole placed smelled like feet and dirty floor.It took the manager about ten minutes to realize I was even there because she was yelling at someone in the headset about how to talk to her. After the truck drove off she started screaming at employees then rudely asked what did I want .Worst experience ever never even looking at a kfc again.

Waited 30 minutes for to go order. Very disappointing. Food was not good. Staff not friendly or helpful. 5 staff, 3 customers. Staff had an entitlement attitude like they would have their job no matter what and didn’t need to satisfy the customer or prepare the food adequately, or work fast. Like we were inconveniencing them being there.None of us had visited KFC for some time and we were all excited to try it again. Sadly this damages your stores reputation and the KFC brand as we won’t be rushing back to try any KFC anytime soon.Building actually nice an inviting from outside like it was a new KFC.

We placed our order and I said we have a order to go and she said we can ring it all up and I will tell them the 8 piece dinner is to go and she did we waited for over 10 mins they called us to get our food and the food we ordered for there was in the bag and the boy was backed up and the mangers was to busy talking and not helping him get the orders out I had the 2 piece dinner and the tight is the size of the leg very small
