I love to go there so my son can play in the indoor playground. they've shown absolutely no initiative to fix it and they won't answer their phone when I call to see if it's fixed yet or not. We drove all the way there from Baraboo a couple times now just to realize their playground still hasn't been fixed after months of being down
I haven't figured out yet if the service is worse with DoorDash or if I come in there. just went through the drive thru line The fries are cold and you have been serving lunch for an hour tops .
Since the order did not show up on the screen I made sure to go through the order with the window worker and you still get it wrong.
We were literally robbed of our money. My wife ordered on the app. They got there and said they couldn’t fulfill it and we would have to contact corporate for our money even though we were charged corporate said we were supposed to go through them one time before we had problems at the store and corporate Sonos coupons, and this McDonald’s location would not accept the coupons from the corporation that they are part of Really disappointed won’t return ever
