The food was good, but the service was terribly slow. Lots of employees just standing around talking, not doing anything. Floors, tables, drink areas were all dirty. Garbage overflowing. Not great.

Waited in line in the drive thru for 15 mins no one would come to the speaker so we drove around they proceeded to tell us we had to go back thru the line again even when we told them we waited at the speaker for over 4 mins without an answer they still told us to go back or come in went in and no one came to the front at all we where here a total of 50 mins before we got our food and they forgot a some of our stuff still n it was cold! Absolutely ridiculous. The manger who was working was rude as hell!

Wouldn’t not go here messed up my quarter pounder with bacon and didn’t give me my two ranch cups nor my two sweet-and-sour’s and the got terrible service tried calling 5 times and know one answer best bet is to save your money and go somewhere else.

You order delivery and they can't even send straws. The incompetence of this place is so dang stupid! Who drinks from the lids that have been handled by people's hands just to get the watered down beverage that's at the top of the cup.

If you’re not gonna take orders through the drive-through put a sign on the drive-through that says the drive-through is closed and you will have less pissed off customers

The point of the drive through is to easily transport food. This bag was shoved full and not closed. Basically tossed out the window at me. Lost the fries to my car floor on the way home.

Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, large fry, large drink and a double fillet-o-fish sandwich. The fish, fries and drink were correct, but the double quarter was anything but as it was literally just the bun, a burger patty and pickles. (See images) That is after paying almost $20 for this. NEVER returning to this location again because there's always something going on with either incorrect orders or slow wait times!
