I was in there early today there where three girls working at this point me and my family wanted to order pizza from them when we asked is there any family size pizza she firmly says no points to the wall with a sarcastic attitude what you see up here is what we have so we waited a bit mind you from the jump this lady had a attitude I am well aware of it being a holiday but I have worked plenty of holidays in my life and I have never welcomed or have ever treated anyone as they did they at this point the two girls working the line had been mumbling to one another of us they ignored us did not even bother having the third girl come over to help us with our order at all they just kept looking at us and each time we even tried to open our mouth she just had the same word on repeat we don’t have family size I understand that clearly we had said okay we will get large then that’s fine she then goes we have other orders your not the only person I understand that fully but you could have at least said we will be with you as soon as possible shortly after that in a rude voice says we will be with you shortly and trust me I know a rude tone when I hear it I have gone to this place plenty of times have never had a issue up until this point there was no need for the rude words or comments or the glairs they had been giving the other girl I had no issue but the two women working the line need a true firm talking to because that is not how you act professionally we had been sitting there for awhile ignored treating like crap I mean crap I understand you guys had been busy but I had 4 kids at home I wanted to feed and my family no less one of them with disabilities you treated like crap upon when we tried to order so something needs to be done I don’t want anything free but what I do want is those women on this date 12/24/25 between the time frame of 4 to 5 pm to be talked to because there attitude needs to be fixed or they cheating need to be retrained on proper customer service point and simply

This was our first time ordering a dairy free pizza and it was very good!! We were excited to see that dairy free is now an option so that we could order for the family and not have to do something different for our lactose intolerant child!

Took my children to papa Murphy’s and was immediately yelled at that it was going to be over an hour to place an order. The lady was very rude and short with everyone in the store. Don’t offer the promotion on Tuesday if you cannot keep up! Won’t be back here again

I walked in to order pizza.
After I paid she hands me uncocked pizza.
I said I wanted cooked she said cook it at home store don't have oven. And i live 2000 mile away from this location

I placed an order for my pumpkin pizza this morning after not having had papa murphys in close to a decade. I sent my significant other into the store to get it on his way home shortly after the specified pickup time. He was greeted by the employee and was told the mobile orders are in the cooler. My partner couldn’t find our pizza and when he was asked by the female employee if he found his pizza and he said no, she said “it’s by last name, like the sign says” which he replied he knew. She told him there were zero pizzas in back and that it had to be out in the mobile order cooler. After she came out to look herself, mumbled something rude to herself, and went to the back cooler where our order was. She quite sneakily said “have a good day”. My boyfriend and I have both been working customer service jobs for decades and understand how stressful holidays can be in food service or retail. However both of us understand the importance of basic courtesy and kindness. I’ll give it another decade before I try again- people have bad days but it’s not cool to take it out on a customer that’s polite.
