I went into Subway yesterday and waited in line for my order, while i was waiting the guy working at the time was so rude to everyone in front of me, like he was rolling his eyes. Had a dumb tone in his voice, just straight up awful. When i could barely hear him and the communication was terrible. The one thing i can say that would good is that the food tasted great. But its kind of hard to mess up a sandwich. Subway please fix this issue so i can give you 5 stars.

$6.99 footlong deal! So @835 pm Thursday we tried to order 3 footlong subs for dinner only to have the order say not accepted... so we went into the store to let the staff know we couldn't order online and they replied yes it's set up that way so we can go home @9 so I asked if i could just order the 3 subs in store for the $6.99 I was told no they can't honor that as it's an online only thing? I am sure there was something they could have done other than say sorry nothing we can do :( I feel like they just didn't want to make the sandwiches and it was time for them to go home :(
Just a bad experience from a place we expect more from :(

The Entitled Brat behind the counter has a lot of Nerve to Turn someone Away 4 Minutes Til Close Especially when they were IN THE STORE & IN LINE 10 minutes BEFORE CLOSE !!!!
& Management PLEASE, Check your cameras ... I walked in the store at 8:51 There was A LINE ...
I ducked into the bathroom for Exactly 5 minutes, when I came out at 8:56 there was STILL. A Line ...
As I waited in Line I was told that I "could not order anything big" So "I can't have a Large Sub?"
"No" was the Reply ...
I Asked If I was being TURNED AWAY at 4 Minites to Close!?
and I TOLD your Entitled Brat that THEY Dont get to Determine the size, or WHAT, I Order ...

Its Time you stand up to the Disrespect you are receiving at your restaurants after dark. It is pathetic in this town! every place advertises their hours AS OPEN, but when you walk in the door, you are ushered out.
This was Absolutely Disrespectful to someone Who was IN THE STORE WAITING IN LINE, 9 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE!
Someone taking the Time to get Off the Freeway that Chooses YOUR STORE to provide customer service at 10 minutes Before 9:00, WILL NOT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS for places to eat If you DISMISS them 4 Minutes to 9!
if you're not gonna be open until 9PM, then you are MISLEADING The Customer and that is FALSE ADVERTISING Wisconsin State Statues 423.301 Look it up!
Either that, or you are RACIST Towards WHITE MEN!

Probably the most disgusting experience I’ve had at a subway. The worker used a very obviously wet and dirty knife to close my sub. Pulled the knife straight out of the sanitation water (still dripping and the knife was caked with sauce still), and placed it on the center of my sandwich. gotta love the sauce choice of the 10 people prior to me and sanitation water. ew.

DO THE NATIONAL PROMOTIONS OR I GO TO ANOTHER PLACE! SANDWICHES ARE ABSOLUTELY OVER PRICED. THE PROMO MAKES THEM REASONABLE. Oh. You got NO money because I went to A&W and got 2 burgers for $5.00! They were awesome! So was the Root beer!

This Subway has gone downhill… there have been issues with the last few orders, but this time I just got fed up. At least my bread and veggies (which was supposed to be a chicken salad sub) were free with the BOGO deal on the app. Come on Portage Subway, get it together.

The staff was so nice and courteous! Patient with my children while they decided what they wanted. So refreshing to get lovely service this day and age.
I go to this Subway location fairly often lately. I've always had good service, good food, and a pleasant experience. Even when employees were working on a very large mobile order, they made sure to finish the sandwiches they were working on, set it aside, and quickly change gloves and serve me.
