Great sandwich at a great price. I love the coupons because I save enough to leave a couple dollar tip that hopefully goes directly to the person working. Service was very friendly, store was clean and well stocked, my meal was delicious.

We ordered off the app for the Bogo buy one get the second one for $1...we ordered tonight and on Sunday..Sunday I realized the sauces on my sandwich became soggy when I only ate half, so tonight in the special orders or part where the comments go, I asked that the sauces or dressing I ordered for my sandwich be on the side- meaning in a separate container. It was ignored and put on my sandwich. Two reasons for this I never tried the one I ordered so I didn't know if I would like it and I didn't want a soggy sandwich.
When we pulled up it seemed all of the employees were standing out back..no one came in, but our order was on their shelving unit marked online orders...then after reading all the previous reviews and the one with the picture of the bug...grosses me out..thankfully we didn't have that experience. I would like the employees to pay attention to their orders..and maybe provide a little customer Service.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Used the app to order a sub and got all sorts of topping I did not order on my sub and none of the ones I asked for. When I called to inquire about a refund they sent me to the app to get it and then it got even worse. The app is the least helpful thing I have ever used. Do not expect anything to be done if this place makes a mistake. Oh they offered to make me a new sub if I drove 25 minutes back to the store. All I wanted was a refund for a sub I was unable to eat and have got nothing but the run around from this store. I think the store you purchased the sub from should be able to issue a refund for their own mistakes and not make the customer go on a wild goose chase to get some closer on a mistake made by the store.

Salad was not a salad it was very little shredded lettuce very little veggies. To have someone pay 13$ for a salad that enough for maybe a 3 year old is ridiculous 🙄 😑 😒 I use to like subway till I move here and ordered from this store!

I ordered thru doordash and my sub was amazing. I used to work at an managed a cpl different subways awhile ago and hate not watching my sub being mad and to have it delivered to me just right! Now that's on point! Thank you whoever made it! Ordered 5/31/25 @5:30 PM

I went into Subway yesterday and waited in line for my order, while i was waiting the guy working at the time was so rude to everyone in front of me, like he was rolling his eyes. Had a dumb tone in his voice, just straight up awful. When i could barely hear him and the communication was terrible. The one thing i can say that would good is that the food tasted great. But its kind of hard to mess up a sandwich. Subway please fix this issue so i can give you 5 stars.

$6.99 footlong deal! So @835 pm Thursday we tried to order 3 footlong subs for dinner only to have the order say not accepted... so we went into the store to let the staff know we couldn't order online and they replied yes it's set up that way so we can go home @9 so I asked if i could just order the 3 subs in store for the $6.99 I was told no they can't honor that as it's an online only thing? I am sure there was something they could have done other than say sorry nothing we can do :( I feel like they just didn't want to make the sandwiches and it was time for them to go home :(

Probably the most disgusting experience I’ve had at a subway.
The worker used a very obviously wet and dirty knife to close my sub. Pulled the knife straight out of the sanitation water (still dripping and the knife was caked with sauce still), and placed it on the center of my sandwich. gotta love the sauce choice of the 10 people prior to me and sanitation water.

DO THE NATIONAL PROMOTIONS OR I GO TO ANOTHER PLACE! SANDWICHES ARE ABSOLUTELY OVER PRICED. THE PROMO MAKES THEM REASONABLE. Oh. You got NO money because I went to A&W and got 2 burgers for $5.00! They were awesome! So was the Root beer!

This Subway has gone downhill… there have been issues with the last few orders, but this time I just got fed up. At least my bread and veggies (which was supposed to be a chicken salad sub) were free with the BOGO deal on the app. Come on Portage Subway, get it together.
