Last place you ever wanna stop to grab a bite. Rude staff, every single time. Last time there was this dude who piled my sandwich with way too much stuff, just staring at me like nothing happened, then charged me extra. Guys behind me in line couldn’t even hold back their laughter. I thought, alright, maybe he’s just having a rough day.
This time it was a lady — started off okay, but when I asked to add a drink, she slammed the cup on the counter so loud it killed my appetite. I get it, it’s hard to find decent workers around here, maybe folks just act weird, maybe it’s the school or the church teaching ‘em that way, who knows.
Anyway, I could say a lot more but gotta roll. Avoid this place if you don’t wanna deal with toxic attitude.

Tried to serve me a sub that they burnt in the oven. Say don't offer sub of the day. Employee with tattoos started cursing when I asked to remove the fountain drink from my order. Both employees on duty were discussing about a their recent car being repossessed between themselves in front of customers extremely loudly. Tried to charge for a premium sub for trying to add additional meat to sub. No Italian herb and cheese available. Italian bread was stale. Possibly bread from day before. Definitely recommend going the few extra miles to a different subway.

Every other Subway I've been to I pay the same price for the same 2 sandwiches. I stopped at this Subway, and ended up paying over $8 more for the exact same order. Additionally, they give you only half the roast beef that other subways put into sandwiches, so you're eating mostly a bread sandwich. I will never go to this Subway again.

The manager was amazing! Very sweet And caring!! The world needs more managers like her! The food was fresh and very good! I definitely recommend stopping by and grabbing a sub!
Had a delicious sandwich made by a very friendly and polite girl!! The food was tasty, prep table was impeccable, tables and floors were clean and I would recommend eating here. Price was under $10 for my breakfast footlong sub. The lady behind the counter was named Rain ( it was spelled differently) but she is the most delightful girl ever!

Subway in Portage Wisconsin My family was hungry from a long drive. We stopped to get subway. The customer service was great the food was less than fresh. We had issues with the cleanliness in the eating area for customers. Subway was not to busy where the employees would not have time to clean the tables. Where is the management skills when it comes to attending to the tables. Does subway pay their employees to clean those tables?
