every time i’ve been to taco bell anthony from drive through has always been so kind, he’s patient and understanding and will always put a smile on your face! with how tough it is working in food service keeping a positive attitude is sometimes hard but he always manages to!!

Gone through the drive thru 2 times and each time have had the employee Anthony he is the kindest person ever and has always been so patient and made the experience great, he makes conversation and interacts so well with people !

I went through to order some food, and it was about midnight. Not only did the employee ask me if i had any drugs, but he spoke inappropriately about my wife. Very disrespectful employee, I recommend stopping at kwik trip instead of putting up with this filth!

Its hard for a taco bell to disappoint, but this one has managed to every time I've come here. Kwik trip is right next door, there's literally no reason to go here instead of there.

I'm not one to write reviews but after multiple experiences like this I'm gonna. I order the same thing every time and I always order without lettuce like I did tonight. Several times now I get home and find my tacos FULL of lettuce. I'm thankfully not allergic and can pick the lettuce out but no one wants to have to do that when they order something specifically without the ingredient. What if I had been allergic to lettuce?

Halloween night I ordered a Mexican pizza and nacho fry. It was really really salty and tasted old like mold, I didn't see any mold but I ate almost two pieces
I was hungry, threw it away I knew something was wrong please find out, next morning I was really sick and of course diarrhea. So sad there usually fresh tasting. Not going here again.
My wife ordered 3 steak soft shell taco supreme and we got 3 soft shell bean tacos. Not the first time it's happened. But get charged for steak soft shell taco supreme. No wonder you guys stay in business by ripping people off
9:50 am, the place is filthy. All the tables dirty and sticky. Not sure when the floor was last swept. Sad, this used to be a nice clean location.

There is a lady named Hannah that's works drive thro very often and this woman has no social skills of any kind. There never hi how are you or have a good day or asks what my drink is or if we need sauces she just pretty much tosses ur food or drink at this is my only complaint bout this place cause the food usually good but this woman makes my experience terrible and the job not hard of any kind(I've worked drive thro for a year straight at a taco bell it doesn't hurt to be kind or smile or wave at a customer

Very sad that none of the people working could even bother to acknowledge that we were there or when we left. Womens rest room had a note on the door that it wasn't working but no alternative given. Will not return

Went thru drive thru late night and the guy who was taking orders said something and my husband said we needed just a second before ordering. Then he screamed whatever again, it wasn’t understandable so my husband said he’d already said just a minute in which this guy got very verbally aggressive so my husband said he did not need to be so rude, that he did answer him right away. And the guy said well then you could go somewhere else for your food. I mean this was totally uncalled for. He was very hostile and hateful and very hard to understand as well. It sounded as if he was drunk or high on something in the first place. I’ve never encountered such unprovoked behavior before and I really worried he’d spit in our food or something . It was very unnecessary and totally out of line and he should not work there if hostility is the way he gives customer service. Also we were not even sure if it was open because they had turned off the lights everywhere except the menu board to deter people from stopping and thinking it was closed. Not a good experience at all. Maybe he should not be on the headset, or work late nights since it was around 11pm and they close at 2am. It’s costing the franchise money and customers.

Not a good as it use to be. I use to eat at Taco Bell a lot when I was in the service with my kids. Now I only once every 5 years to remind it is never going be great food
