Moved to the area back in June 2025. Tbell has been one of my pregnancy cravings so we used to visit quite often. Like maybe 3-4 times a month. We started going here less as time went on due to our orders constantly being messed up and the food tasting really old/bad. When they had the steak nacho fries I would get that every time and every time the fries were cold and very hard. When they came out with the bbq chipotle chicken nacho fries I would get that but substitute for steak instead. They would give me BEEF. The burritos are always more tortillas than fillings and a lot of times if we got nachos it would be just beans and no beef when we asked for NO beans EXTRA beef. The late night crew is always so rude and they always look and talk like they’re FRIED out of their minds. Don’t even try bothering to call and complain cause they just pick up the phone and immediately hang back up. If we go, we try to go more so in the morning or the afternoon because we noticed the food tastes better and we have a higher chance of actually getting what we ordered. It is such a disappointment. Wish we would have never had moved. The Tbell at our old town still sucked, but was WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYY better than this one. If I could, I would take away stars.

Took 20 minutes to get food ordered off the app. The app said ready by 1pm was last to be served even after everyone in store received their food. When I asked why it took so long they replied we don't control the app.

We went there to get our standard Baja Blast Zero as always. Ordered it on the app and then went thru drive thru....... usually always a very pleasant experience...... yet tonight I watch the person first fill the cup with ice then realize it said easy ice so they dumped out most of it then they filled the cup to the top only to dump out at least an inch out of the large. I held the cup up to them which you could see they the top inch or so and asked is this considered full to which they looked at it and said yep. Very disappointed tonight!

I have a dairy intolerance and they are looking at the order and they were not happy that they had to leave things out. Very rude workers . No bye have a great day to me that is rude.

Wow. Never in my life have I experienced the grandeur of the Portage, Wisconsin, New Pinery Road Taco Bell. A close friend and I decided to pop by their drive-through. Though it was busy, their timeliness and efficiency was apt. THE DIRTY BAJA BALST! The food… my oh my. Our drive-through attend was kind, thoughtful, and honestly, wish we were friends! Lowkey got the squirts, but it was definitely WORTH IT!
I don't know what happened the people working there tonight ugh. Ordered no fiesta strips oh look there they are! Where's the meat in the nachos? 5/18/25

I lovethis location. I am always greeted with a smile and respect. Today, however was extra special. Today I was greeted by Hannah and her smile and laugh made me smile and laugh. I was pulling into drive through while trying to turn down the volume in my car. A 70year old should NEVER try and multi-task technology with ANYTHING!! Hannah could hear my failed efforts to accomplish this task. I could hear her laughter at my frustration which in turn made me laugh.
She brightened my day,m especially after a very trying experience at Wal Mart!! You deserve to be recognized.
