Wow. Never in my life have I experienced the grandeur of the Portage, Wisconsin, New Pinery Road Taco Bell. A close friend and I decided to pop by their drive-through. Though it was busy, their timeliness and efficiency was apt. THE DIRTY BAJA BALST! The food… my oh my. Our drive-through attend was kind, thoughtful, and honestly, wish we were friends! Lowkey got the squirts, but it was definitely WORTH IT!

I lovethis location. I am always greeted with a smile and respect. Today, however was extra special. Today I was greeted by Hannah and her smile and laugh made me smile and laugh. I was pulling into drive through while trying to turn down the volume in my car. A 70year old should NEVER try and multi-task technology with ANYTHING!! Hannah could hear my failed efforts to accomplish this task. I could hear her laughter at my frustration which in turn made me laugh.
She brightened my day,m especially after a very trying experience at Wal Mart!! You deserve to be recognized.

THEY'RE ALWAYS SHORT STAFF. THEY LOCK THE FRONT DOORS AND FORCE DASHERS TO USE THE DRIVE-THRU. I SAT IN THE DRIVE-THRU LINE FOR 20 MINUTES. I HATE THEIR ATTITUDE AND SERVICE.

No one at the counter, we were forced to use Kiosk, which was so dirty to touch. gross. as we waited for food I noticed the floor. It looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in weeks. I could see behind the counter, again the floor was totally gross. Never have I seen a restaurant so filthy. The doors were covered with hand prints and door handles were sticky. Not a place I would return to. it was before noon so it wasn't that busy for the floor to look that dirty so early in the day.

I loving coming here for food yet a lot of people complain about this place but it could be their bodies reacting to things they shouldn't be eating or having but overall I would come back everyday
How are you guys out of bacon am crunchwraps at 10am 6/7 days a week?

Cant seem to ever make a correct order ever, always have to tell them they mess it up and they still somehow forget or mess something up. actual terrible management or something.
