the owner Jason Bradley kept my purse (knowing it was mine)for almost 3 weeks, then called the police to pick it up. When I picked up my purse from the police station, my wallet wasn't in it. I spoke with 2 of his employees who verified that my wallet was in my purse when I left the bar. I contacted Jason asking for it back... 1st...he talked down to me and stated the police must have kept it from me and I should check their cameras. 2nd.. he blamed one of his employees for taking it or moving it Then, when I asked him to check his cameras that I know he has, he accused me of harassing him. I normally wouldn't leave a review but after talking with other people at local taverns I was told this isn't the first time he's done things like this. I would HIGHLY ENCOURAGE any other bar over this establishment.
Looks like a great place. I wanted to eat here but I needed to charge my phone for a work call. I'm backpacking Wisconsin's Ice Age Trail and needed to be able to do some work while I ate so I had to go across the street but the helpfulness and atmosphere were exactly what I would have liked and I'm sure the food would have matched it.
