I stopped in as part of a broader trip to Potosi, brewery pub, museum, winery, etc. It was a slow time in the afternoon, so the owner Jane was gracious enuf to walk me through the history of the bar, back bar, tin ceiling, and company bank next door. Great local wisco history! I didn't eat so no rating there.

Passing through Potosi, we stopped for a bite to eat. Great service from the bartender. We ordered today's special of baked lasagna served with green beans and toasted bread. Kudos to the chef! Plated to perfection. Impressed with the atmosphere and cleanliness of the Saloon. Definitely revisiting soon!Dennis Kluesner - Joyce Gibbs (author)

Weather I'm talking real estate with the locals or stoping in for a Cave Ale during a hunting trip--from the owner to the bar staff to the kitchen--this is by far the best place in town!Excellent food, great prices, fast service, two full bars, plenty of space and parking.I've popped in during a Packer game or a local high school football game being shown on the TVs, Badger games, BrewFest, you name it this is a fun spot!
