Love this beautiful coffee shop. We just passed through, instant good karma and love the vibe. Choices, comfortable, welcoming and extra touches. Wish we lived near by.

Great people and fantastic service. I particularly liked the mocha coffee and the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich that I got really made for a great morning of walking the trails around poynette, by the way, I highly recommend the Rowan Creek trail that is within walking distance of the cafe

Everything about this place is great! Good drinks, good food, good atmosphere, good baristas! I'm not much of a coffee drinker, so I LOVE that they've added Italian Sodas to the menu. Love coming here whenever I get the chance!

Had a couple ice cream cones from their walk up window on this hot July 4th. They had several fun flavors of Chocolate Shoppe available, very nice!

I took one of my besties to Cafe Slovenka to celebrate her successful shoulder surgery. I have been there before, but this is the first time I have sat down to enjoy the atmosphere.
This quirky little shop is quiet and delightfully unique! Other friends were seated at the mismatched tables and chairs, enjoying their lattes or whatever and chatting. One lady was seated by herself, writing in her journal. Friends talked together while sitting on the long sofa against far wall.
We sat at a table fashioned from an old treadle sewing machine topped with distressed wood. Super cute!
The Cafe features a glass display case filled with unique pastries and muffins. This is where we placed our order. I ordered a large coffee with cream, and my buddy ordered a cold caramel latte, both of which were delightful. We each chose a huge slice of blueberry pound cake. YUM! There are items for breakfast and lunch and great ice-cream, which can be ordered at the outside walk-up window.
You have to try this place, which is open every day except Wednesday!
Cafe Slovenka is a great place to stop when you explore the little village of Poynette, Wisconsin.

I want to love it since it’s our only coffee shop, but the owner is never welcoming/very cold. She clearly isn’t a fan of children, despite offering ice cream at her coffee shop. The outside is super cute, but the inside of the coffee shop is very simple without much decoration or decor. Coffee itself is fine. I have never tried their prepared food, just know that I’ve been told it takes a long time if you order there.

Very good cup of cold brew coffee. Friendly and welcoming staff as well. Cafe Slovenka beats any sort of mainstream coffee chain hands down.

Lovely little cafe with some tasty drinks. I love the sewing tables too for seating. The perfect size for two people and it’s just too cute!
