drive through person screamed at me when I said i had trouble hearing her, drove to the window and she refused to say a word to. gave me the wrong order and told me that's what I ordered. wouldn't give me a receipt or correct order. food was cold too.

Worst fast food drive through of my life. Avoid this at all costs. Half a dozen employees in at 4 and took 20 min to get nuggets and fries. Only 2 cars in front of me and they screwed.up both their orders as well. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THIS FRANCHISE SHOULD BE

One of our buses broke down on our way back home from the State Marching Band competition, so we pulled in and got supper. The lady serving the food worked very hard to get everyone their food. When the second load of kids arrived, she was ready and worked hard again. Over 100 students and parent volunteers plus band staff served well. Saturday evening, October 19, 2024.

Ordered food and waited 45 minutes manager started kicking people out lock the door so nobody else can enter clearing tickets off the rack and then trying to work from there just so they don’t get in trouble. Very bad management bad service bad attitude, bad prepared food worst service ever at a McDonald’s in my entire life. Multiple people simply walked out and left. Manager started swearing in Spanish at customers. Denied service to customers already waiting in parking lot from online orders couldn’t get into the building because they locked the doors.

Absolutely horrible. 8 people waiting waiting 45 minutes in lobby. Doors are locked at 7pm because they can't handle it. Manager argues with me. Threatens cops because my order wasn't complete. Will not give refunds to online or anyone. Will not help me finish my order.
