Food wasn't great. Prices were high. Steak had no seasoning (not even salt and pepper) and also tasted like propane. Will never return.

Food was good. We had a good time, it wasn't very busy. Left overs were very good the next day.

The Fish had probably an inch of batter on it. The beans were cold, the flavor wasn't very great. For the price it is not worth it. 23$ for 2 pieces of cod that are mostly batter is rediculous. The place definitely looks nicer since the remodel it was a clean place.

Reheated prime rib, no salad, no veggies. Best part of the meal was the bread which wasn't good either. Will not go back.

First off, our waitress was awesome! We looked up the menu & prices before we got there, so we were ready for a good Friday Night Fish Fry!* To be honest, we were a little disappointed. The prices were nowhere near what was documented online!!5 piece shrimp dinner $24.3 piece fried cod was $24.It was good, but way overpriced!! We even got charged a couple of dollars more for a "service fee" ?‍♀️➡️ I don't think we'll be coming back here ?

Was hoping for a salad bar like it says online. Was not crazy about my drink a whiskey sour. It was all whiskey. The food was very good and service.

We went here for the first time tonight for Prime. Got the king, it was amazing. Cooked to perfection. Low key, relaxed place. Everyone working was so nice. We definitely will be back.

Honestly, Owls Nest had been my favorite for fish fry previously. I was looking forward to a good WI fish fry and was sadly disappointed this trip. It was a to go order and was missing tarter, lemon, & silverware. The cheesy potatoes were hard and not hot, the beans were too hot, the fish was over battered, overcooked, and barely warm. Finally, it was $20 for 2 smaller pieces of fish.Very disappointing. Culver's offers a better Friday fish fry.

Went to use a gift card and had to wait over an hour, watched people who came in after us get their food before us. Finally walked out after waiting for food and waitress and host had nothing to say.

First time visiting and probably the last. Service was not stellar and prices high for quality. Husband and son ordered perch, but are positive they were served cod.

The menu online does not depict what they offer or current pricing. 2pc cod was $22, with a choice of potato, no beans, coleslaw or any of that. The deep fried cod was good, the salad bar was good, my son’s mac n cheese was hard and not edible, and my broiled cod was not good. For the price, in my opinion it was not worth it. I’d love to support a local business but until they improve their quality, especially with paper menus with the price … we won’t be back.
