I really wish I could give 4.5 stars. I stopped in at lunch time to grab breakfast. I had their everything omelette with hash browns and rye toast. I also had a side of bacon, 🥓, of course. Isn’t everything better with Bacon? Anyway, the staff was warm and inviting and not overly busy so I was seated immediately and was brought my menu and coffee right away. Their coffee was good, and the omelette was delicious, I especially liked the bigger chunks of ham. I also added Jalapeños....
I’m always reluctant to leave a negative review of a small business but our recent encounter with a mean spirited waitress at the Hungry House left us feeling unwelcome and we could not get out of there fast enough. It’s unfortunate that the behavior of one individual spoiled our experience.
I recommend checking out their Vietnamese menu. Great Vietnamese food!!! Fantastic lemongrass beef and spring rolls! Service was great too. Highly recommend checking out this gem of a place.
