Crew trainer decided to take his shoes off next to where we were eating, his feet stank. Can't imagine what he does where they don't see him. Grabbed our food and left. Definitely won't be going back.

egg mcmuffin had no egg????? also got watered down orange juice and asked for a tea no ice and it was packed full with ice. might as well close down the shop. it’s not that hard to get an order correct especially when i’ve worked in fast food for almost a decade.

I'm not quite sure when this McDonald's went down hill...I'm a regular customer every morning for the past 2years not missing a single day and I get the same thing every time and every time I have to pick off the hard parts of biscuit and operate on my sandwich to make it edible and the only reason I do it is cuz convenience and cheap I don't have time to cook breakfast before leaving for work and corporate came in was excellent corporate leaves food goes back to the same way it was before they were here... this time hard biscuits and raw bacon that was cold

Food was quick, as fast food should be but the lack of care when preparing the food was unforgivable. #1 the food didn't even resemble the pictures, thought I got the wrong order. #2 I had to assemble the sandwich myself before being able to eat it. And #3 the cashier struggled confusingly when I handed cash for a few minutes. The bill was $14 and I handed him a $20.

Been here 4 times and always get 2 mcchickens . All 4 times tasted like they are microwaved . Anyway went there for the 5th time , same thing happened so I decided to go back 10 minutes later and order them fresh this time . So what they did is put already cooked chicken patties on to the burner and recooked them because they were rock solid . This is just unacceptable. Do better please

Went through drive thru a week ago order nuggets fries and two holiday pies get home short one holiday pie so said next time they have a free one for me go there tonight put order in tell them I have a free holiday pie coming asked my name gave it to them they look it up in the book and the person I talked to a week ago put my first name wrong so they are having a fit cause my name don't match what in book so I am like forget my order I will not be coming back and the guy says OK instead of saying we fix this it a holiday pie a whole 1.69 you think I had 50.00 dollar order!!

When I went to the 1st window to pay, NO one was there, so I proceeded to the next window thinking they might be short staffed or not busy. The $ collector comes up to the window and holds out her hand. I said, "yes"? She said , I don't have your total because you're supposed to be back there. (Meaning 1st window.) Proceeds to grab my $, comes back with change and receipt. NO, THANK YOU from her. The response I got when I said, "she's pleasant" was... "long days." Not okay, as we all have long days and bad days. Don't treat others poorly. AND, the fries were cold. The End

In the last two times we order they were wrong. I ordered a MsCafe got regular coffee and not our order. (It was the car behind us)The other day we ordered a sauage egg biscuit and big breakfast. I Got sausage ,egg ,biscuit ,pancake syurp and butter No pancakes?..So I made my own sauage, egg, biscuit.
