Yesterday was our third visit. First time was within opening week and we ordered carry out. We were very satisfied with our visit and the food. Although they were newly opened and extremely busy our order was only several minutes later than what was promised on the online order confirmation, and the food was hot and delicious. Our second trip we ate inside in the late afternoon. The chicken was better than the pizza and service was fine. We also had a good time in the FunZone. Last night however we ordered online carry out again. The promised time was 6:05pm. I arrived several minutes later and found another customer inside also waiting. While waiting I watched the other customers pizza get dropped so it had to be remade, the lady behind the counter was questioning the already waiting customer if the items in the warmer were hers and only one was. I came to learn that the pizza sitting in the warmer was ours as was one of the other boxes in question that had been removed from the warmer and just sat next to a kitchen worker in the kitchen. I waited 15 minutes and when my order was finally put together I was informed that they had no blue cheese dipping sauce which I paid for. It was not removed from my bill and there was no offer to do so. In addition, upon arriving home there was no marinara sauce for our cold loaded breadsticks and our pizza which was also cold, was very subpar. I understand growing pains, staffing changes and errors as I work as a Store Manager for a competitor. However I would have offered a customer having to wait a discount, provided hot fresh food and made sure I at least offered a substitution for sauce that was OOS on the online menu system.

The pizza is very good, and the variety is excellent but my favorite is the chicken! I like the atmosphere but kind of felt like a cafeteria. I'd love to see some tables a little more private. Cozier. Otherwise, LOVE IT!!!

We eat here at least once a week. We love the variety and freshness of the buffet. They create a very friendly environment. All the staff are very welcoming and work hard. We love that they interact so well with kids. The arcade is always a hit with my kids and they have won some very high quality toys! We even celebrated our 3 year olds birthday here. Joe kindly cooked a requested pizza for us and Sam is always around ensuring everything is tasty and we are happy with our visit. We see them so often and they always are working hard! Pizza Ranch is a good addition to the community!

Great food, constantly kept fresh. Tables cleaned off constantly. Always raising money for the community and offering deals for the location!!
Customer service was top tier, from the owner to the gentleman busting tables! Prices were great. $20 for the games and my daughter played for awhile! This is such a great addition to pdc!

There was know tags on what the pizza was, very greasy, burnt and no flavor on the chicken but grease. When we paid for the buffet we were not told sit where ever you want. I had to ask. Not going back. So if you have food allergies I would go somewhere else.

It was my first time ever being to a pizza ranch. The food was great, games were great, everything was great… besides the very beginning where I paid. Molly, the person working up front made me feel like an idiot for every question I had, and was extremely rude with every answer and/or remark she gave. That definitely ruined my first experience being there as well as killed my appetite so I barely ate. But other than that.. was a great place!
