The was absolutely delicious. I got the fried chicken sandwich and they put the pickles and the mayo on the side so you can put on however much you want. The service was good they were really nice and got my food out fast and fresh. The atmosphere is something you would expect from a sit down restaurant up north. Very chill, laid back restaurant.

We stayed at the little hotel across the street that didn't serve a breakfast so we came over to Crossing Point. First impression was that it was clean! Ordered an omelet and hot chocolate, husband got country fried steak. Delicious! All of it was so yummy. And large portions too. Very impressed! Wish it was closer to where we live so we could go there more often.

When we walked in there were not any clean tables. We sat at one assuming that someone would be around to clean it when they had time. That did not happen. We were offered napkins to wipe it off ourselves. When the food came out it was cold. We also had no silverware, and when we asked for it we were told they didn’t have clean silverware. I sent my mashed potatoes back because they were ice cold. They microwaved them and sent them back to me. I asked for A1 sauce and did not receive any. We also did not receive any refills or offers of refills on our drinks. When we mentioned to the waitress that the experiance was not good, food was cold, ECT she reported it to the owner, as she should. The owner came to the table, made a scene, would not accept any kind of feedback, and asked us to leave. We were not rude when talking to the waitress or owner, however, we do expect warm food that we are coming to pay for, and silverware to eat that food with.I've heard this place was the place to go at one point. There are not many restaurants in the area, so I think it still has the potential to be a great place. Feedback on service and food is a great way to train, and improve your business. If taken as an insult, things typically do not improve.Being short staffed is a problem at every establishment you walk in to these days. However, trash talking your staff in front of customers, and trash talking your customers in front of other customers is not a great way to handle the stress that every business is going through right now.
Crossing point you gotta step your game up. All tables dirty. We sat at a dirty one and I mentioned it getting cleaned. She came back and put our drinks on the dirty tables. Haley and I had a creamer battle and a creamer exploded so it went all over the table 😂. She came back and asked if we wanted napkins 🤣. Missing the point that our table still wasn’t cleaned lol. Then she came back and I asked her to clean our table again. She paused and offered us a different table. Haley said they’re all dirty and she glanced and said this one looks ok. I noticed the cook out washing tables here and there and taking dirty dishes back. This isn’t the cooks job. Waitress said it’s been very busy in here. Still nobody is cleaning tables. Not a very clean place to come to. Was bad experiences here the last few times. Starting to question giving places second and third chances. Capacity now is about 25% full. Not even enough ppl here to be called busy. Since I’m on a good rampage. I think if you stayed open all day and during the evening you would profit more. Closing at 2 pm is ridiculous. Update: we got served our food. I had to ask for silverware and she said oh we ran out let me go get you some. How do you run out when your at 25% capacity? Then at the end the manager comes and tells us not to come back because we complained too much. I simply said we had no refills on coffee, got a dirty table, no customer service, cold food, no steak sauce and more.
Unbelievable breakfast, lunch and dinner!
Jesse, that was the best corned beef cabbage I have ever eaten. As always, your food has never disappointed us.

they could improve by not putting their mash potatoes and gravy in the same to go as your fish. Makes it soggy and gross
Excellent food. Clean environment..A Waitress with a *likes her job attitude *BONUS. I ordered the Philly Cheese (loaded) sandwich. Came out with a buttered toasted sub bun, philly steak In thin bite sized strips, chopped carmalised onions, green pepper, mushrooms and just enough melted swiss cheese flavoring all of it.. enjoying a meal with my Mom in a chill out environment was a much need brake from all the public drama these days.
Pancakes were good but french did was horrible roast beef is supposed to sliced thin and this was chopped and only on middle of bread burnt, was so disappointed
great food an service as always
over priced, very poor quality, incompetent cook
