“We witnessed the staff being presented with a tough situation-an SUV full of people who took forever to order, then complained when their three huge bags of food didn’t come out fast enough for them. I have to commend the young people who were working today-I could see them working hard to get everything out in a timely manner. When our order came out, the young man at the window apologized for the delay (not necessary, it wasn’t his fault). I was very impressed with his poise and composure; it would have been easy to take the frustration out on the next customer, but he was friendly and polite. This is our DQ of choice, even though it’s not the closest for us. The food is always good, and the servers are an asset to the brand.“

“I stopped coming to this location for the occasional wkend bfast a while back due to really poor service, food seemed to be old and sitting under heat lamps for too long, but decided to get it another shot. The manager has since changed and what a world of difference he has been able to make. I have to shout jonas M. out for his ability along w his crew to turn around the service, the freshness of the food and friendly interactions! Will gladly come back without apprehension.“

“Came in to get supper on Jersey Mike’s Day of Giving. Restaurant was very well staffed and the people working were enthusiastic and so very nice. I have been in this location previously and also had great service. It was so nice to come into a fast food store and get such a good feeling! Keep up the good work. “Best service!! and the owner is genuine! This Culver's restraunt is one of my favorites. We love the staff and the management , we miss seeing the friendly owner who always made a point to greet us as we are regular customers. The personal touches in the store are always so classic- like the fresh cut flowers. This manager makes a point to know the locals by name and to encourage his staff to greet each visitor with a smile; a person really feels welcomed. He walks around the restraunt floor to make sure everything about the patronage's experience was/ is "A" okay . I would definitely consider this a successfully run establishment.“

“Great Subway! First time in awhile I have seen a Subway have 3 employees scheduled at once in a long time. And all of them were kind. The sandwich was also delicious and the cookies were soft. 10/10. Also had a large seating area for a Walmart Subway and was very clean. I am very impressed.“

“The guy working tonight did great! He was the only one there while his delivery driver was out doing eight deliveries and there was seven of us in there waiting on our food. He made my food so fast and when he realized he made my sandwich wrong he immediately remade it. Gold star to that guy!“
