“We witnessed the staff being presented with a tough situation-an SUV full of people who took forever to order, then complained when their three huge bags of food didn’t come out fast enough for them. I have to commend the young people who were working today-I could see them working hard to get everything out in a timely manner. When our order came out, the young man at the window apologized for the delay (not necessary, it wasn’t his fault). I was very impressed with his poise and composure; it would have been easy to take the frustration out on the next customer, but he was friendly and polite. This is our DQ of choice, even though it’s not the closest for us. The food is always good, and the servers are an asset to the brand.“

“Not much interaction with staff etc. Because it was a pickup order. However, the food was great and the order was ready on time. Have never really had a bad episode at this location.

Parking: For parking lot right next to the building. Actually quite large for just a Subway.“

“Came in to get supper on Jersey Mike’s Day of Giving. Restaurant was very well staffed and the people working were enthusiastic and so very nice. I have been in this location previously and also had great service. It was so nice to come into a fast food store and get such a good feeling! Keep up the good work. Kudos to their bosses who obviously trained their workers well! Oh and the food was wonderful and exactly as ordered!“

“Great place to eat staff is awesome so polite,this used to be a great place, tonight they got our order wrong,,no spicy sauce on my quesadilas only ONLY sour cream, nope there was no sour cream, only that spicy sauce icky freezers were good could be bigger sizes, and you could barely hear the order taker, the guy who took my money was so rude, he threw my freezers at me, same with my food. I've never had bad service here, he seemed to be in a bad mood, hey don't take it out on the next customer. And if you can't handle your job then it's time to move on.“

“The cashier that helped us was super helpful & attentive right as we walked in. We had our toddler with & she brought the food to us & was so friendly. I wish I remembered her name, she deserves a raise! Only complaint is there wasn't any sort of changing table for us to change our son.“

“I like this Subway better then the one at Walmart, they put more toppings on the sandwiches, the Walmart one is super skimpy with toppings, even when you ask for extra, they barely put more on. The Vermillion St Subway for the win in this town.“

“Best service!! and the owner is genuine! This Culver's restraunt is one of my favorites. We love the staff and the management , we miss seeing the friendly owner who always made a point to greet us as we are regular customers. The personal touches in the store are always so classic- like the fresh cut flowers. This manager makes a point to know the locals by name and to encourage his staff to greet each visitor with a smile; a person really feels welcomed. He walks around the restraunt floor to make sure everything about the patronage's experience was/ is "A" okay . I would definitely consider this a successfully run establishment.“

“I would love to say that I received the best customer service at this store! A young man helped me with my order and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I had an order with multiple specifics and menu changes. This young man did not hesitate to do and happily completed every single request I had! He also recommended helpful options for what I was trying to accomplish and never even once did he not have a smile on his face, never seemed frustrated or inconvenienced, was absolutely happy to help with anything I asked and requested! Not to mention, while he was making my order, we had a very lovely conversation about him being in highschool, on the football & lacrosse teams, spring break, our favorite subs, my son attending the same school and more! He is an absolutely amazing and well rounded young man! His boss and parents should absolutely be proud of him, his skills, his personality, and his work ethic!! I would visit this Subway a lot more often if this young man was always there to help me! He was an absolute delight to deal with. I just wish I would have asked his name, but we were just too busy talking! Lol. Well done young man! Many other people could definitely take many lessons from you! ?. Good luck with graduation!
