Scab's Place has been a fantastic partner for Northern Transcon Railcams - Otter Tail Channel (@NTR-OTC) over the past few years. They host two of our cameras on the BNSF St. Croix Subdivision in Prescott, WI, and their contribution has been instrumental in our efforts.

Scabs is a special kind of townie bar that we've grown to love after becoming boaters at a nearby marina a few years ago.There are a few good bartenders at Scabs, but Shawna is our favorite and has quickly become a friend of so many of us boaters who stop in every weekend throughout the summer.Her sassy attitude always makes our stops at Scabs hilariously entertaining and she makes a great Bloody Mary as well. The lady works harder than anybody I know and we appreciate that she's always making sure we don't go thirsty before a refill.If you're looking for food, I hear they make a good burger on the deck in the summer and you can't beat the price or the river views.There's also a weekly meat raffle that has some incredible choices, all from Ptacek's IGA up the road, along with live music on the weekends.What more could a guy or gal ask of their favorite dive bar?!
