Husband went thru drive thru...he came home with an expected 6 items....ya right...the one he wanted was missing...we tried 6 times to call them....rang 15 times at least each time, before hearing no one was available. The food we got was very good... We will not go here again. They need to hire people who will check that we are getting the expected food we paid for. For now on....we will be checking our food before we leave the window
Don’t go to Arby’s in Racine! Childish kids were “fake fighting” while we are sitting waiting to get our food! Then we confront to talk to the manager she comes over with two others and give us straight attitude, and say “we can’t have fun at work”. There’s definitely a time and place to joke but not in front of customers that are wanting for service. How do we know you’re “play fighting”? I believe the costumer is always right.
