Almost never have a problem with my order. Good subs too.
I love cousins; however, 7pm closing? Are you insane? Tried to stop for dinner after work to find that it’s closed just in time for dinner. What the hell kind of fast food closes at 7pm? Never had this issue when I lived in south milwaukee. If you can’t stay open until at least 9, then why bother even having it open in the first place.
Walked in on a Friday night to place an order around 615 pm and was told I couldn’t because they were actually closed. Apparently the 8pm closing time on the door is only when they want. I’ll spend my money elsewhere
