I will be going to cousin's near regency Mall from now on. The quality of food here has consistently gotten worse and worse. I hope it turns around this has always been my favorite spot. Just doesn't seem to be any effort or care anymore.
Used to be our go to place when we lived in Wisconsin. Fun to go for nostalgia but not as good as I remembered.Also they missed the "to go" note at the top of the receipt.
Has all the warmth of a penal colony! No color/warmth to the eating area.Service (from the shift manager, no less) wasn't much better. Between his yawns ( as I placed my order) and getting the order WRONG (cup instead of bowl of chili) would've earned ZERO stars. HOWEVER, coworker saw error and corrected before handing over my order.Dang! If I didn't love the subs I would not be coming back. BUTthey are SO good...
