This was my first time eating at Douglas Avenue diner and it was really good. I enjoyed the jumbo shrimp on fish fry Fridays. I got the coleslaw and potato pancake as my sides and oh it was amazing. Not everyone’s coleslaw makes the cut but this one was quite tasty. I didn’t catch our waitresses name but she was fun and attentive and carried great conversation. It was very clean inside. Douglas Avenue Diner is the best breakfast restaurant in Racine! You cannot beat the lunch menu, either! Delicious burgers and salads! The Friday Fish Fry is delicious and homemade! I cannot say enough about Douglas Avenue Diner, but I urge all of you to give it a try. I guarantee you will return. Last but not least, the staff is the best! Everyone is so kind and so happy!🥰
