We came in at 10 am for brunch with a party of 8. We tried so many dishes and everything was delicious. Portions were large and we all had leftovers to take home. The owner and staff were great! There is a vey nice beer list. Would like to come back and try some cocktails another time. The vegan jollof rice , lemon dita fries, and collard greens were amazing. Prices were very reasonable able as well.
I loved the food and was not at all upset about the price (if I couldn’t afford it I simply wouldn’t eat there) that being said… I was very disappointed with the service. I popped in for the first time as I was on a walk and met what I believed to be the owner. A man who was friendly and kind. Didn’t buy anything as I was simply exploring town but I told him I’d be back to eat and a couple weeks later, I was. I didn’t see him, but a young lady with a blonde ponytail....
This was our first time here. I got the brisket sandwich and my husband got the jerk chicken sandwich. We got the mac n cheese and lemon dita fries. Everything was amazing, the brisket was cooked perfectly and the flavor was excellent. The jerk chicken sandwich was spicy but full of flavor. The Mac and cheese was just right. The fries were tasty on their own but the dip made them even better. We will be back again!!!
