Someone give the Kraken a beer.
After having dinner in downtown Racine I stopped by for a beer at the brewery. They have 17 beers on tap with 15 being their own and 2 from guest breweries. Most of their beers were very dark with 5 Porters and 5 Stouts. I decided to try a flight since nothing stood out to me. I had the Mikko Suave Finnish Sahti, the Plano unfiltered lager, Calypso Haze IPA and the Kelle's Irish Red. All 4 were good, but I would say the Haze IPA was the best. If you're in the Racine area it's worth stopping in to check out the old building and grab a beer, especially if you like Stouts or Porters.
Awesome brewery and winery with incredibly friendly staff. We tried various beers, ciders and wines and they were all delicious. A super cool historic atmosphere as well. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful selection of beers.Great prices for quality craft beer.Good super cheesy cracker crust bar pizza. (Lotza motza brand).I got a flight of my custom choice of 6 beers, then 4 of my fave from that flight.I would like to see their food menu expanded, but the pizza was very good. I was happy.Owner and bartender were so sweet .

Locally made craft brews and wine. Microbrewery located in a charming historic building in downtown Racine. Close to downtown shops and other businesses. Lake Michigan is close too. They often have live music and game nights, check their Facebook page for details. When we visited they had SapSap, a Loatian style BBQ pop up serving delicious food.
A great chill place!
Cookies and beer, how can you beat that?
