We like Marco’s pizza. Our order was missing the pizza sauce and chili wing sauce. And there wasn’t any onions on the pizza.
We’ve lived in Racine just over a year, and in this time we’ve ordered Marcos maybe 3 times total. The last two times, we’ve waited 2 HOURS for our food with no mention of a delay when placing the order, and both times when we did a follow up call after 90 minutes the order couldn’t be found in the system. ordered online for my parents( I'm at work) so they have no car.
I ordered one specialty one large 2 topping for 23.99 with delivery n tax was a little over 27.
driver delivered the wrong order. called to complain so they said they would bring the right order in a few. two hours my mom had to call n they apparently wrote down it was for pick up but it was supposed to be for delivery. so when it got here it was ice cold.
