Buckets Pub 2nd Round offers a fantastic cod fish fry and delicious wings that some believe are from the original Buckets. However, the custom-built burger was a major disappointment, described as the worst in town and extremely dry. The restaurant does not cook burgers to order, using frozen patties instead. Despite the negative burger experience, the Cajun avocado chicken sandwich was fast and tasty, served with good drinks by attentive staff. Vegetarian options are available, including gluten-free buns. Online ordering for pickup through Seamless Grubhub was convenient, but there was a mix-up with the order upon pickup, leading to lukewarm wings and cold cheese curds. Despite the flavorful wings, the overall experience left a lot to be desired for the price paid.
