I've been to this particular McDonald's over the years more times then I care to even recount. I remember in the past it was so bad they had to have police presence to greet you at night. Manager needs some training. I waited in the Drive-Thru for over 10 minutes because a computer crashed and there were cars behind me so I couldn't leave, the drivers behind me were getting aggressive. It was a pretty scary situation if we're being honest. When I got to the register they couldn't put my coupon in because it had already been used. However it hadn't. The computer had simply crashed.
