I spent 30 dollars and only got chicken none if my sides were included I didn't receive my 2 stripes that came with shrimp and my husband paid for an all white meal and receive all dark.....very upset thought it changed guess not

DO NOT PATRONIZE, ZERO STARS. This store has deteriorated over the past few years.Today, 08/04/2021 was my last straw. At drive thru, I was informed that quote "..we don't got no spicy chicken...". Okay, was not offered alternative so I ordered mild. The 12 pc I opened at home was burnt, old, grease soaked & cold. 2nd trip for refund or fresh chicken was greeted by impolite associate who didn't care and would not refund or exchange. Bottom line: They do not deserve YOUR business and money.NO STARS!!!

The staff is extremely kind, full of smiles! Sometimes they get backed up with orders, but they’re very polite and it’s always worth the wait. Highly recommend!
I used popeyes direct website tonight to order a family dinner. It says delivered but I have not received anything. I've been trying to get in contact with someone at the store but keep getting the voice-mail. Also I can't find anywhere to file a complaint or report an issue.

I'm trying to think of a word to describe this place, but I can't. Been to this location about 6x and it's gone from bad to worse. Raw chicken that was clearly fried in the fish oil, drive thru don't work, employees don't work, they want to trade chicken in exchange for my change for the money they just took, ordered online instead, nothing was ready. I was so pi$$ed off I went to the one on Durand. They have got to be managed by the same people cuz it's the same exact $hit! I'm done. Bye for eternity Popeyes I don't care how good your chicken used to be I will eat grass before I ever go back!

If the owners are wondering why they are losing money all they need to do is visit this location. The sign is missing the glass, the frame is there but no Popeye sign at th8s location. The pictures in the Google maps is not this place, this building is run down and needs to be refurbished. The inside smells bad and is not clean. Now the worst part are the people working there do not care. They tell you it will be 20 minutes for chicken, after waiting 20 minutes they tell you it will be another 20 minutes because they ran out of chicken for the prior customers. I sat at the drive through sign for at least 3-5 minutes before I was told they "We don't have food today" It shows in the building and in the employees that the owner is not interested in making the public good food.
