DO NOT PATRONIZE, ZERO STARS. This store has deteriorated over the past few years.Today, 08/04/2021 was my last straw. At drive thru, I was informed that quote "..we don't got no spicy chicken...". Okay, was not offered alternative so I ordered mild. The 12 pc I opened at home was burnt, old, grease soaked & cold. 2nd trip for refund or fresh chicken was greeted by impolite associate who didn't care and would not refund or exchange. A place where I will definitely not go to buy a place where the employees don't even serve you, they talk to you and ignore you as if you were going to ask for a gift, very bad place ??

From the employees, to the undercooked food, and DIRTY establishment - they are just asking to be shut down. Honestly, I don’t understand why they haven’t been yet. I wouldn’t feed my dog the food that is being served here!
