Quite possibly the slowest Popeyes on record. This was my second visit in 2 weeks, and each took 20 mins with chicken on the rack. Also, the sink doesn't work in the men's room. Luckily, we had hand sanitizer. How can employees wash their hands? It's the law.

Only received half my order noticed it when I got home called the restaurant said to leave a message I left a message no one called me back so these people want $15 an hour and they can't even count I ordered a four-piece chicken dinner I get three pieces and never got the rest of my order don't waste your time or money customer service sucks I will never go back there again

took 2 hours to get here, 3 dashers to pick up, second one said the staff where all just sitting around eating, she waited 45 minutes before she canceled the pick up. i would have canceled the order but DD won't refund after the restaurant "accepts" the order. avoid ordering from here

Horrible horrible!! Do not go orders two meals and they couldn’t even get it right missing everything! On top of that we waited 20 mins for our food I’m not sure why cause it was cold and like a day old nasty

Chicken sandwich was great. Well, it was three years ago anyway. After 10 minute wait, then told it will be five minutes before we have spicy chicken fingers. They are out of blackened chicken, napkins and drink covers. If you can’t do your main service well, you shouldn’t be in business. Staff does not seem to care.

I went to Popeyes for lunch at 11:50am knowing it might be busy. When I went i was only car at drive thru speaker. The lady did let me know the chicken sandwich would take some time. I Said okay. After paying I set a timer for how long my Chicken sandwich and fries would take. After being told to pull up even though they had no body behind me or in front of me I decided to start a timer. After 15:37 I reversed my car and waited right at the window. And finally got my food. No sorry wait no accommodations just handed food and said nothing. Food was delicious but service was awful! If you have time and patients worth it if not don't go!

Every got dang time you come to this place there is crazy long wait when there is nobody in lobby or drive through. Hours of operation are just an approximate time of being open. What happened to this place, turned into a mom and pop shop of people that do not care.
When I arrived it took a while for anyone to take my order. Then my order was wrong. Ordered Bacon Chicken with cheese and received a regular sandwich with so much mayo you hardly tell there was chicken in it. There were ex-employees sitting at the counter complaining with the actual employees about being fired and so on. Sandwich tasted old and was hard. Not sure I’d go back.

Awful from the customer service to the food. The cashier with the green hair terrible the manager terrible the offensive rap music coming from the back not professional will never go there again!! I was there for a funeral coming from another city. This place was embarrassing Popeys got to do better!!

People were standing on the line and she was preparing one order about 25 minutes. She didn’t even want to turn her head to see people waiting, after I talked to her, she said if you don’t like it leave here. Bunch of slows and demotivated. Hurting businesses and community. Never Ever go back in there again

Today was Single-handedly the 2nd worst experience at a fast food restaurant I have had ever. The first worst was the previous time I was here The staffs level of pure incompetence is stunning. Ordered two chicken sandwiches and some fries. 50 Minutes later after other customers demanded a refund and left, we finally got our food. Employees all stood around staring into space with a confused look on their face like they were trying desperately to figure out how to spell GED. The only good news is we got more money back for change because our order taker didn't know how to count out change. A few cars in the drive thru and a few in the parking lot and the workers here buckle like a dollar store screen door. Stay in school kids.
