I've been to this restaurant 4 different times in the past 2 weeks just to get some food after a long day of work and they deny serving me food. They claim to be too busy with other orders and no one else is even around or there. They are the laziest branch that could possibly exist. Best advice fire everyone and start new. No one there cares about service that works there, you're literally paying every one at this branch to do nothing but sit around. Terrible. I'm easy to please and this is such a a disappointment.

The slowest service and the coldest chicken and fries we ever had. One of the workers brought her sweet little girl to work assuming she had no sitter. She came out to check on her and yelled with profanity at her. We were so upset we left. As walking out I saw the little girl was under her blanket whimpering. So sad. We won't ever go in Pop eyes on Durand in Racine again. This place will be closed soon if they continue to conduct business like this.

Food was good but 45 minute wait isn't acceptable. Next time I'll drive to the kenosha store....it will be quicker.

2.5 stars do I really need to say more. Take the 8 minute drive south on 31 to the Popeyes near Sam's club. I know it's a 15-20 minute round trip. Trust me you will safe time & frustrations. So for a little extra gas you get far Superior service!! I'm not the only one who thinks this just read both Popeyes locations reviews. 2.5 ⭐ vs 4.4 ⭐ DON'T. SAY. NOBODY. WARNED. YOU!

Went to a different Popeyes. The guy at the counter had very poor etiquette. Other customers in lobby were also dissatisfied. Waited 10-15 mins before leaving because we hadn't even been acknowledged. The other Popeyes we went to was 100x better. Took less than 5 minutes from the time we ordered till our food was handed to us. And we were waited on immediately. And the service there was excellent.

Ordered through doordash and the food was very disappointing. The boneless wings were so dry and clearly old. The chicken sandwich also was very dry and old chicken, very difficult to even take a bite. The side of ranch was definitely spoiled, it smelled horrible and tasted so bad. Will not be going back.
The only saving grace was the Mac n cheese and even that wasn't that good

After waiting for a long time to order at the drive through I just pulled around and the girl there told me I had to pull around again because the timer was still clocking how long I had been there. So I pulled around again and told her I had a coupon for the chicken tender.meal. after going to the window a 2nd time, she told me they were no longer accepting the coupon (which was Not expired). She was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for a manager and she told me she was the manager. Again very rude and seemed frustrated with her job. I told her I would take my money elsewhere. This place sux!

Another failed order. I ordered delivery from your restaurant today for dinner, and once again, it was a huge disappointment. One of the meals I ordered—12 bone-in wings—was completely missing. The second order, also supposed to be 12 bone-in wings, came with tiny, low-quality pieces that looked like scraps from the bottom of the bag.

Considering the amount of money I spend and the delivery fees I pay, receiving incomplete and incorrect orders is absolutely unacceptable. This isn’t an isolated incident—every single order I’ve placed with your establishment has either been wrong or missing items. It’s clear your staff either can’t follow basic instructions or don’t care enough to try.

At this point, I have no faith in your team’s ability to get an order right, and I won’t be ordering from you again.

And when I tried to call to speak to someone, I get a voicemail asking me to leave my information and they'll give me a call back. We'll see, but I'm not gonna hold my breath!

Once you walked passed the greasy glass doors riddled with hand prints are you greeted with a hello & a smile? No. But was the service good? No. Was there ice in the pop machine? No but the bleach bucket was left right next to it to let you know at some point they’ll clean & so you can inhale the nice bleach smell. Well were the fries good? They would’ve been if they didn’t leave a chemically aftertaste. The glazed pickle sandwich however was delicious so either prepare to be let down for a decent sandwich or find yourself another location.

I had four sandwiches and I had to wait for a hour to get them the employee seen to not care about the orders and their customers 2 women were just talking and talking and not getting the order out it was redeculis the time I waited and the customer service the have is unbelievable
