Elvis Presley day you go in some days it's busy you'll wait about 15-20 minutes for a coffee some days you're in and out I always check your coffee because they make mistakes sometimes

Was such a cool visit. I am immunocompromised and have to mask indoors in public. Rare that I get out and lucky as inside was quiet when I visited today. I ordered and then sat in the corner with my laptop. A little later I noticed Kara the manager and others had masked up. Made me feel comfortable and welcome.

The Frappuccino I bought was not a coffee drink, which I thought it was. It was supposed to be a strawberry, but it really didn't have any taste and felt watery when I drank it.

One and done.First time to any starbucks.The gas station down the street has way better coffee than starbucks, its cheaper, and I wasnt asked for a tip at the gas station.Starbucks servers overpriced dirt water and were expected to tip after waiting in line for 15 minutes for this?Never again.

Came very late in the day, so understandably, they were out of a lot of drinks, but the baristas here are SO kind and helpful! Top tier service and the drink i ended up with is amazing!

The drive thru is always backed up and takes 20 min to get thru. They are always out of syrups and other drinks. By the time you actually get to the window the watered down drink is luke warm.

I know it’s probably not all the workers fault. But wow, the drive thru is so incredibly slow. Makes no sense when other Starbucks have no issue with drive thru. Waiting 20 plus minutes when there’s only a few cars ahead is ridiculous.

I’ve recently come back to Starbucks after a few years and am just appalled by the service I receive when going at night. The individual working the window at night has truly made each experience equally as awful. She’s quite snippy and just downright burdened by the fact that a customer has come through the drive through. If you want to go to this location do so during the day. I’ve tried going during the later hours about 3 separate times now and have sadly had to deal with this individuals horrible customer service and attitude each time.

Lately I have seen that Starbucks needs to step it up on keeping their hands clean. If it's picking trash up off the floor or sneezing on them. The espresso was good but I better not get a cold or all the ladies that work there can take care of Me.

Service is complete butt. I get to the barista and she stares at us with a blank expression on her face. Doesn't say a single word. My boyfriend and I start ordering anyway and again she doesn't say a single word. We're done and the only thing she ever said to us was "do you need a receipt" in the most annoyed voice ever. We wait 15 minutes for a bagel and one coffee. I finally decide to see what's taking so long only to see a counter with about 6 drinks and the other with sweets. I saw people sit and wait for drinks that were already done all because they're too lazy to yell out a name. They don't even have to say the name but as long as they say the drink people know what they ordered. I have never had this crappy of a service at any Starbucks and I have been to way to many of them. Also this is not the first time that it happens. The employees always look and sound like they completely hate their life and fail to do the bare minimum of letting people know they're drink is done. I spent $15 for a watered down coffee and a cold bagel. This location is a complete joke compared to other stores
