my partner and i came here for dinner the other night, which was a great experience. we got the snow crab boil which was very tasty! we did dine in, the atmosphere was very comfortable and the staff were very kind and helpful. 10/10 experience here! the soul rolls were awesome too :)
Came in with my husband because we wanted to try something new and I love southern/creole food. The fried green tomatoes were amazing, we should have gotten 2 orders of them so I could have an order to myself. We just had our honeymoon in the Caribbean this winter and the rum punch definitely tasted authentic. I had the crab leg boil for dinner and everything was cooked perfectly, soft potatoes, juicy corn, and meaty crab. I wish there was a small bucket for the shells though....
I called to order the vegan boil on a Sunday not knowing the menu was different. The employee on the phone informed me none of the Sunday food was vegan, but offered to make us fried green tomato po' boys. They were delicious!My husband got the chicken wing platter. The sides were awesome (yams, greens and Mac and cheese) but the wings themselves were a little under flavored for his liking.We will be back soon to try the vegan boil!!!
