Disappointing experience after a $137.00 order. Chicken and fries were old (refried) and had not a lick of salt/seasoning. The mac and cheese was also old and gray looking and smelled sour. The best thing on our order was the pizza, tavern style Chicago pizza.

This was a delivery order. Worst thing to do is forget a customers food, and then when they call to report it, you don't answer the phone after MULTIPLE attempts. I was also hung up on twice. This is some of the worst service. First and last time choosing this restaurant.
