Spilled ketchup all over my shoe and pant leg. Didn't even offer to give me a discount on my meal. Didn't even come over and ask how everything was. By the way my burger was very dry.
I witnessed how the owners/managers (?) treated a homeless gentleman who was outside their restaurant and it was shameful. The treated him worse than a stray dog, stating that "If I feed him he comes back," "Did you feed him? It's illegal to bring food from another restaurant into an establishment! These are my tables!" Bring him across the street!" Of course they called the cops, which is ok because he was pretty wasted, but there was no need to treat him like garbage.
