I’m near Racine fairly often and tried Toad Hall last month. Nothing fancy - which is what one should expect from an authentic British/Irish pub style neighborhood restaurant. First visit I had the Ooomommy burger, tots, and a Magners cider. Everything was perfect right down to the cider. Last night I had Fish and Chips and a dry Strongbow cider. The cod was crisp in its beer batter and the fries were good (but not as good as those tots). I was intrigued by the menu description...
