We were in the area camping and stopped for dinner. It looked like a small town bar from the outside so we expect some looks as we walked in. It was exactly the opposite. They invited my 3 kids (10,12,13), my wife and I in like we were regulars. Staff was very friendly. The waitress who served us was really patient as my family figured out what they wanted to eat. Old fashioned not great,Everything that should be there,, but just didn't come together! Got the 3 pc. cod was cooked perfectly . Added the 3 shrimps. Shrimp was very large and seasoned well! Not a wait at all on a Friday which was shocking! For a ok Fish fry nothing exceptional would definitely come again if in the area!
Stopped for lunch. (First timers)Was not disappointed! We ordered the Thursday special which was a basket of wings and fries for 8.25, very reasonable. And the classic cheese burger! Both were delicious, the wings are big and tender (not tough) and they come with many options to choose from. We had the traditional wings, tossed with hot honey, they had a little heat to them, but was perfect for me.The cheeseburger was the classic-delicious bar burger with fried onions! YUM-YUM!!...
