This Dunkin I feel has gone down hill. No care in the world how there drink and food are made. Drinks have stuff dripping off the side of the cup and food is typically burnt
Every drink we get is messy and not well made- there is stuff dripping down the sides of the cups and the lids are sticky and gross, we even had someone hand us a cup with chocolate fingerprints all over it! So gross! . The hot drinks are never hot - super disappointing and very unappetizing. I am writing this review after this has been our 4-5th experience with this type of situation in in a row, recently.
the morning crew is the best especially the days Ann works. so friendly and nice never any mistakes. Customer service is great.
