Just wanted to give a shout out to J’s Pub & Grill! My family went there for dinner earlier tonight after our wedding ceremony, and our experience was FANTASTIC. 10/10 recommend and we will be going back! Our waitress, Mandy, was amazing, super engaging with the kids and treated my (now) husband and I with extra special care. The food was delicious and we were fully satisfied!

Jayson let me know about their Veteran's Day special and boy was it! I'd never been in J"s, it's a great place and the food was delicious. Had the serloin steak and mashed potatoes. Cooked to perfection! Thanks Jayson! And thank you for doing this for the vets.

Went on a Thursday at 11am.
I was really excited to give this place a shot but I doubt I'll ever go back. When we arrived, our server informed us he had four tables already and that we'd be in for quite a wait "should you choose to stay."
We didn't mind a wait, so we decided to stay. And honestly the wait was quite long (over 90 minutes), but if that had been the only issue, I wouldn't have been bothered.
I tried to order a raspberry mule but again our server tried to talk me out of it - "Our bartender isn't here but I can try to make it!" I asked what beers were available on draft and he couldn't tell me. I have to believe he was new, as he was incredibly frazzled and I overheard other tables also commenting on him forgetting things.
To our server's credit, he made an okay regular mule, but nothing from him on the fact that it wasn't actually what I ordered, leading me to believe he'd forgotten what I wanted.
Bruschetta was fine, but wildly overpriced for what it was - $11 for 5 pieces. The cheese curds were the only food we actually enjoyed.
I ordered chicken tenders and here's where my biggest issue is. There is absolutely no way the chicken tenders aren't frozen, like the kind you get from a grocery store. They were chewy and flavorless, and $13 for FIVE small pieces.
Overall I was incredibly disappointed in both the service and the food.

I'm beyond impressed with this restaurant. None of the restaurants looked great in the Wisconsin Dells area, so we picked this one instead. Just 20 minutes out, it was so so worth it.
My fiance and I shared cheese curds, the Saturday night prime rib special, and the snakebite chicken with cajun sauce and jalapenos. Everything was perfectly cooked. The cheese curds were melty and delectable, the prime rib was tender and infused with flavor, and the pasta was superbly spicy. My side Caesar salad and my partner's potato soup were some of the best we had ever had.
The restaurant was quiet for a Saturday night, so our server, Mandy, was extremely attentive. She brought our appetizer, salad, and soup out quickly after we ordered them, and our entrees came out a short while later. The entire experience was wonderful in every way.
We can't wait to come back!

My wife decided to take a trip from Madison and just find something different away from home. We never expected to stumble across this magnificent restaurant. The service was outstanding, fast, and took care of all our needs. We had the Friday night fish fry and it was cooked to perfection. When we were finished the owner of the restaurant came out. He asked how everything was. He took the time to talk with us for a while...wonderful guy. To be honest you kind of looked like Keith Urban, lol.
I would very highly recommend coming out here for dinner.
Fish was badly cooked. Mushy in places and dried out in others . Took an out of town guest there for dinner and very disappointed.

We were greeted and seated right away. Our server was very attentive! We ordered the cheesecurds , very good! Hubby got a chix sandwich with bacon which was a little dry. The chicken Rockefeller was dry. It came with seasoned vegetables which were seasoned well. We felt it was pretty pricy for what it was. Salad was good. Tomato parm soup was ok. Overall a decent place to eat.
