I went to go pick up the office order and the staff was having fun! One of the kids answered the DT with an accent and kept it going the entire time, even at the window! It made my day! The refreshers were amazing (and I am really picky on how my drinks taste) and were perfect for our midday pick-me-up. Thank you, Reedsburg for keeping us fueled!
Dropped in for my favorite coffee with cream. Heaven in a cup! Coffee was hot and made perfectly. Had a breakfast wrap. (Chicken and Peppers) Hot and very tasty. Had no issues with my order. Waitstaff was very helpful and friendly. Restaurant was very clean and orderly. I will be back again for my favorite coffee.

The plus sides…the coffee is always good, and everyone is always really nice and friendly, I don’t think I have ever had a bad interaction. The negatives…your order seems more like a generalized suggestion and less of a guarantee. In a couple of dozen visits I think I have had my coffee made correctly 2 or 3 times. Order accuracy could be improved.
