I was in a rush and needed a coffee and this lovely worker Alexis was so sweet and helpful! She was very timely and speedy too with my order! I was in and out in what felt like seconds! Lovely establishment!
I don’t normally go to Dunkin but lately it’s been tasting good and the drinks have actually been made correctly. Unfortunately, each time I have been there this week the service is lacking. There is zero customer service actually happening. There is no smiling, there’s no you’re welcome. That isn’t what customer service is about.
