Yeah the kfc says it's open till 11. And I placed an order online and they called me and told me I had to cancel the order because they stopped making chicken way earlier and that they were closed and only sold what they had left! Iv worked in fast food all my life and have never turned a customer away until the exact moment I close. I always made and make everything still. The service here is absolutely terrible.

Got a 2 piece breast and thigh extra crispy. The batter was nasty and the chicken tasted rotten. The staff atleast was pretty good. Otherwise I probably won't return. The only decent thing of the meal was the drink. The customer service was good. Food not so much. Spent 12 bucks to throw it in the trash after a couple bites.

I'm not sure what's going on here. Employees looked disheveled...no hair restraints and clothes were filthy...worried they may live there. My food was good, but cold, forgot my potatoes/gravy and they were out of coleslaw. Scared to return.

Asked for 3 of the 2 piece specials. When they asked for specific which...white or dark meat and didn't have enough to fill order for dark meat. There was a $3 upcharge. No where was it noted on the banner that included or excluded preferences.Unpleasant Management.

5pm on a Friday evening and KFC doesnt have anything ready to serve? This happened both times we tried to order. Wait 20 minutes to get cold food. The reason people stop at fast food restaurants is to get it fast and get home......dont bother with these place.....no one else does either as it was empty while being right on a main street intersection. Needs NEW Managers owners.

Ordered 8p. All dark, original. Didn't have it had to sub crispy for some. Ordered mashed and slaw w/ meal. And Mac and cheese extra. Also a side of gravy. They didn't have slaw. So I skipped it. Then go to window and only two biscuits. So I subbed it for a chicken little. It came with no pickle or sauce and breading undercooked . I got home and it was all cold or lukewarm. The place looked ran down and some cover over one side of drive-thru window looked horrible.

I hate to be the person that’s a “negative Nancy” but me and a friend when here to get some good old grub. But when we got are food, the drinks taste like led. And I found mold on my chicken little. But I still eat that Mac and cheese tho, anyways the people were super nice. Ngl I don’t feel

Expensive and food was cold. Actually it is every time I got taco bell. I won't be hoping back,I just can't take greasy tacos to the point where taco shells were saturated and falling apart. Went through drive through so dint know about atmosphere.

Said inside was open but wasn't, took forever to get the food , service was awful.. made us wait 15 minutes for biscuits. Was all kids working with ripped up shorts. Not professional at all.. manager should talk to employees about there
